Describe the issue or request and include the email address you used only when it is needed to locate a waitlist or account-linked record. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or retailer login credentials.
Data deletion
The public Deals search does not require a BroElectric account. You may still request deletion of information you submitted, including a deal-alert waitlist email or BroElectric data associated with an authenticated Beta feature.
Use the subject “BroElectric Deals data request” and state whether you want access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that the request came from the email address associated with the record. Accounts maintained by a separate sign-in provider or retailer must be managed with that provider.
Information stored on your device
Recent non-barcode searches and limited preferences can be stored in your browser. Use the clear control beside recent searches or clear the site's storage in your browser or Android settings to remove that device-local information.
Shopping and listing problems
Include the product name, listing link, and a short description of the problem. Prices, inventory, shipping, and checkout are controlled by the retailer, so urgent order or payment issues should be sent directly to that retailer.
